The convention was held in Philadelphia on April 17th 1878 and was for the purpose of discussing the advancement of the interests of the game. The report on its proceedings is signed by John P. Green as Secretary. A RARE AND HISTORICALLY IMPORTANT PUBLICATION. Not in Taylor, Goldman or Padwick.
