(Rather soiled, frontispiece, title and first contents leaf creased at corners, large creasemark to p. 230.) Original half morocco and cloth gilt (soiled and worn, rebacked, corners restored). Provenance: W.W. Thomson (a subscriber, his gift to:) -- J. Richardson (front blank inscribed, ‘Mitcham Surrey 1893. J. Richardson from his friend and well wisher W.W. Thomson. A souvenir of his performances in the Surrey v Gloucestershire match June 1 1893. When going in last for Surrey he scored 69 and bowled in the 1st innings 5 wickets for 44 runs & in the 2nd 6 wickets for 33 runs’. NUMBER 145 OF 150 LARGE PAPER COPIES signed by Daft.
