FIRST EDITION OF BARATYNSKII’S FIRST BOOK, IN THE ORIGINAL WRAPPERS. Belinsky remarked of Pushkin's closest rival that ‘of all the poets who appeared at the same time as Pushkin, pride of place undoubtedly belongs to Baratynsky’.
