A WHITE JADE PLAQUE
19TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved to one side in low relief with two peaches sprouting from a leafy branch and two bats in flight above. The top is carved with archaistic confronting dragons and there is a calligraphic inscription on the reverse. The stone is of an even pale tone with some very minor cloudy inclusions.
