A GROUP OF FOUR GREEN JADEITE CARVINGS
The group comprises a rectangular plaque carved with a ruyi sceptre, peaches and bats, two melon carvings and a carving of two lotus pods and a bird. The stones are all of a rich emerald green and pale greenish-grey tone.
The largest, 3 ½ in. (8.9 cm.) long
Provenance
Acquired in Southern Germany prior to 1950.
