AN INSCRIBED IVORY BRUSH HANDLE

The handle is decorated with a scholar and a deer in a rocky landscape and inscribed with a poem reading "xi wang yao chi jiang wang mu" which may be translated as "Look to the west to see the Queen mother descending upon the Jade Lake" and seals.
