17TH-19TH CENTURY
The group comprises a russet jade carving of a swan and its young; a white jade 'squirrel and grapes' pendant; a pale celadon jade carving of three mushrooms and a lingzhi fungus; and a white jade carving of two boys beating a drum.
The largest, the swan, 2¾ in. (7 cm.) wide
Provenance
The swan; formerly from an English private collection, purchased from S. Marchant & Son, 2 April 1984.
