A PAIR OF CARVED SPINACH GREEN JADE RECTANGULAR PLAQUES MOUNTED AS TABLE SCREENS
19TH CENTURY
One plaque is carved to the front with a pair of deer and a pair of cranes beside a pine tree in a moonlit mountainous landscape. The other is carved to the front with sheep in a mountainous landscape. Each is variously carved to the reverse with a bird perched on a branch of bamboo. Each plaque is of a mottled spinach-green tone.
