CIRCA 1880, ACID-ETCHED CRESCENT MARK, THOMAS WEBB & SONS, DESIGNED BY GEORGE WOODALL
Oviform with thistle neck, the glass stained and enriched in imitation of Medieval ivory, the surface finely wheel-engraved and polished with noblemen, knights, anthropomorphic figures and animals all reserved on a floral ground divided by gilt enriched Persian style strapwork
8 7/8 in. (22.5 cm.) high
