Comprising a cheval mirror, a bedside table, a lady's dressing table and chest-of-drawers with brèche d'Alep marble tops, the lockplates stamped CT LINKE
The mirror: 70 in. (178 cm.) high, 40 ½ in. (103 cm.) wide, 22 in. (56 cm.) deep
The bedside table: 32 ½ in. (83 cm.) high, 17 in. (43 cm.) wide, 14 ½ in. (37 cm.) deep
The dressing table 31 ½ in. (80 cm.) high, 48 in. (122 cm.) wide, 24 ½ in. (62 cm.) deep

Similar bedroom suites featured in Linke's repertoire as early as 1883, such as those commissioned by Carlhian and Beaumetz, the renowned Parisian decorators, for the newly built Fifth Avenue mansion of Arabella Huntington, wife of rail magnate Collis Huntington (C.
