The beakers painted on each side with figures on quaysides in estuary landscapes within gilt scroll-edged cartouches with Böttger-lustre gilt-striped panels issuing iron-red and purple foliate scrolls, the saucers similarly decorated, one with skaters on a frozen river with buildings in the distance, the other with a sailing boat moored beside a ruined tower, the reverse with three sprays of indianische Blumen, with Gitterwerk borders to the rims (minor wear to gilding)
