oval box, the cover, sides and base boldly chased in four colour gold with trophies of gardening, a young lady holding a rake on the cover, a gentleman with a wheel-barrow on the front side panel and a dog seated in a garden on the base, against a sun-burst ground and within scrolling cartouches, with entrelac chased outer borders
