QIANLONG INCISED SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The sturdily potted vase is evenly covered with a lustrous olive-green glaze with yellow speckles, thinning to russet on the mouth rim. The foot ring is applied with a brown dressing.
12 5/8 in. (32.1 cm.) high, wood stand, Japanese wood box

A similar vase with Qianlong mark in the Victoria and Albert Museum is illustrated by R. Kerr, Chinese Ceramics, Porcelain of the Qing Dynasty, 1644 - 1911, London, 1986, fig. 25.; and another is illustrated by R.
