The recumbent animal is carved with its head turned backwards, the right foreleg bent in front of the chest with the others tucked under its belly. The stone is of an even greenish yellow tone with russet markings to highlight the mane, spine and tail of the horse.
2 1/4 in. (5.6 cm.) long
