TWO MINIATURE WHITE JADE CARVINGS AND A PAIR OF JADEITE PLAQUES
EARLY 20TH CENTURY
The first is of a white jade jue-form tripod vessel, carved with dragon head handles and supported on three tapering legs. The second is of a small, well carved tripod censer with a compressed globular body with a pair of animal-mask loop handles. Both stones are of an even white tone. The pair of jadeite plaques are well carved and pierced with boys among lotus blossoms. The stones are of an even white tone with apple-green inclusions.
The largest: 3 1/2 in. (9.1 cm.) high, wood stands, Japanese wood box (4)
