Rectangular, the face of Christ and the angels realistically painted, the central parcel-silver panel repoussé and chased to simulate an embroidered cloth lifted by two angels in the upper corners, against an blue enamelled filigree ground, the halo, corners and borders enamelled in shades of blue, green, red, pink, white and black with elaborate stylised foliage and geometric motifs on a gilt ground, marked throughout, in a later glazed wood kyot
