EARLY 17TH CENTURY
With single-edged blade with faint traces of etched decoration at the forte, iron hilt with outer shell-guard and decorated throughout with encrusted silver flowering foliage inhabited by a recumbent stag and a large boar, and staghorn grip-scales retained by four rivets each with silver-encrusted flower-head
