Inukai Tsuyoshi (1855-1932) was a Japanese politician, cabinet minister, and former Prime Minister of Japan. He was a prominent statesman during the Meiji, Taisho and Showa periods and led the campaign for a constitutional government in Japan. In his early career, Inukai worked as a journalist and reported the Satsuma Rebellion with the Imperial Japanese Army.
