Oblong 2° (420 x 552 mm). 20 engraved plates (including engraved title, of 21). (Plates reinforced in the gutter margin, lacking engraved dedication leaf). Later paper-backed marbled boards (upper cover detaching, library sticker on lower corner of upper cover, repaired with extremities rubbed). Provenance: William Helburn (bookseller’s ticket on pastedown).

The present copy has 20 numbered plates, and is lacking plate 2, the engraved dedication; in its place, plate 21 has been renumbered as 2.
