THREE ROMAN GLASS VESSELS
CIRCA 1ST-2ND CENTURY A.D.
All free-blown, including a yellow-green cylindrical jug; a large pale green jar; and a blue-green hemispherical jug; together with a Roman pale green glass piriform jug, circa 3rd-4th century A.D.
Tallest: 6½ in. (16.5 cm.) tall
Provenance
Nahum Goldmann (1894-1982), acquired in Jerusalem in the early 1960s; thence by descent and brought to the U.S. in 1982.
