CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, XVIIIEME SIECLE
The washer is carved in the form of a small basin with three boys, carved in high relief, playfully climbling around the sides. One boy is holding a ruyi sceptre, another is holding a lotus stem, and the last is holding a brush. The stone is of a pale yellow tone with some darker russet and greyish inclusions.
