Compare with a bowl and cover of very similar decoration and form in the collection of the National Palace Museum Beijing, illustrated in Porcelains in Polychrome and Contrasting Colours: The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum, The Commercial Press, Hong Kong, 1991, p. 243, no. 223.
Also see a conical bowl of comparable decoration which sold at Christie's, Hong Kong, 31 March, 1992, lot 624.
