CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, XVIIIEME-XIXEME SIECLE
Guanyin is shown standing in a graceful pose, with her body gently swaying to one side. Her right hand is delicately placed in front of her body, her left hand is holding a ruyi sceptre. She is wearing long flowing draped robes and a beaded necklace. Her face is modelled with a serene expression with eyes downcast. The back is incised with a four-character puji yuren mark within a square ('virtue extends to all, even fishermen'); small damages.
