Details
This small collection of rare Madeiras came from an ancient cellar in the center of Funchal. The current owners, both descendants of Madeira wine producing families, inherited these bottles from their fathers.

Manuel Jose Vieira, great grandfather of the owner of this collection, inherited a collection of Madeira from his father and started his own production in the 19th century. His wines obtained a gold medal during the 1889 Paris International Exhibition.
