"Dark iodine color. Sweet barley sugar nose, fine leathery, a touch of spirit. Intense nose from extended Canteiro aging. Soft, intense start, full dried fruits, nice flavored. After some time in the glass the wine developed further, showing more layers of its complex character. A wine of class." Last tasted April 2014, EV.
