A set of three 18th Century wine labels
of reeded crescent shape, engraved: "Madeira" (2) and "Sherry", each struck with maker's initials only I.H. with a pellet in between, probably circa 1790; three various gadrooned rounded oblong wine labels pierced: "Madeira" (2) and "Sherry", various dates and makers, London 1807 and 1822, the last example with marks obliterated by the pierced lettering; and a Staffordshire pottery Port label decorated with swags.
