Cal. 10''' gilt-finished jeweled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolfe's tooth winding, inscribed gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer calibrated fifth seconds ring with Arabic fifths divisions, two sunken vertical subsidiary dials for 30 minute register and constant seconds, circular cased and engraved case with two figures motoring through the French countryside, chronograph operated through the crown, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed

Further accompanied by original Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and brown leather presentation box with additional crystal.
