Lot Essay

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1951 and its subsequent sale on August 5th, 1959.

Patek Philippe's World-Time 605HU was in production from the early 1940s until the early 1960s. This late production example which was made for the American market with its HOX stamp is a lovely example and all the more desirable with the venerable Tiffany & Co. signature. This is only the second known example featuring the retailer signature.

The reference was produced in yellow and pink gold.
