THE CABINET 19TH CENTURY, THE STAND REGENCY, FIRST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
Decorated to the sides, top and front doors with Chinese landscapes enclosing a fitted interior of nineteen variously-sized drawers, the reverse of the doors depicting flowering vases, the underside of the drawers and carcase inscribed with Chinese characters, on an English giltwood stand with Vitruvian wave frieze on imbricated cabriole legs headed by shells and terminating in lion's heads on plinth feet, the legs regilt, the stand incised '0', '1', '2'
