A PAIR OF MINIATURE BLUE AND WHITE VASES AND COVERS
CHONGZHEN PERIOD, CIRCA 1643
Each small vase is of faceted, octagonal form and is decorated with butterflies and lotus blossoms between ruyi and lappet borders. The covers are of conforming section and are surmounted by spherical finials.
