printed and painted with a chinoiserie pattern known as 'Ladies Choosing Accessories' of a central scene of women in Oriental dress selecting ribbons from a stand and jewellery from a box within vignettes of other scenes beneath brown-line rims -- 7½in. (19cm.) wide, circa 1758-65
