Originally of larger size and re-cut and re-shaped, with two holes drilled from one side and notched teeth along the edge of the butt end, the edges of the blade softly beveled, with a horizontal cutting line on one side and faint trace of a cutting mark on the reverse, the now-altered stone with satiny polish
