CHINA, HAN DYNASTY (206 BC-AD 220)
One of olive-white and russet color, the upper edge of the plain shaft chamfered in front of the simplified dragon head hook, an area on one side now opaque and of mottled buff and brown color, with traces of iron encrustation; the other with a stylized dragon head terminal and plain shaft, the terminal reduced in size and re-carved
5 3/8 and 3 ¾ in. (13.5 and 9.5 cm.) long
