Château Latour 1966
Pauillac, 1er cru classé
Not in original wooden cases. Corroded capsules. Slightly bin-soiled labels, some slightly damaged. Levels: three base of neck, seven top, one upper-shoulder
Tasting note: The slowest maturing of all the '66's. Most recently: still fairly deep, good colour; cedar, ‘oaky’ bouquet; excellent flavour, balance and length. Last tasted July 2005 ***** Lovely now. Time in hand. M.B.
