The white-skinned deity stands atop two figures of Vignataka on a lotus base, dressed in brocade multicolored robes with his flaming hair secured by a tiara and vajra, holding the curved knife, damaru, wish-fulfilling jewel, skull cup containing a jewel-filled vase, a vajra hook, and a trident in his six arms, surrounded by various deities with a Gelug teacher above and protector deities below

The figure in yellow at top center is an unidentified Gelug teacher, with Green Tara seated to the right and five dakinis above and to either side of the central figure. In the foreground stands six-armed Shadbhuja Mahakala at left, followed by red Begtse Chen in the middle and buffalo-headed Yama Dharmaraja on the right side.
