A DINGYAO CARVED 'LOTUS' DISH
NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY (AD 960-1127)
The shallow, rounded dish is delicately carved on the interior with a leafy lotus stem bearing one large blossom, and covered overall with an even glaze of warm ivory tone below the unglazed rim.
