A GILT-BRONZE GILT-COPPER RETICULATED DEMI-LUNE SECTION
18TH CENTURY
Possibly part of a mandala, the demi-lune section is reticulated on the curved side with a central flowerhead flanked by two elaborate cartouches, each enclosing a flowerhead borne on lush foliage, all set against a dense ground of scrolling lotus, similarly repeated on the flat top.
12 ¼ in. (31.2 cm.) wide
