On short straight foot, pear-shaped, the hinged bulbous lid with flowerhead finial with knop, the decoration consisting of engraved floral sprays and flowerheads springing from engraved stems, a floral garland below, a register of hanging split-palmettes above, with plain spout and slightly serpentine handle, assay mark at the base
