TANAGRA, HELLENISTIC PERIOD, CIRCA 3RD CENTURY B.C.
Mould-made, standing with her weight on her right leg, her left foot visible beneath her long chiton, a himation wrapped tightly around her shoulders, with her arms raised underneath, her face looking downwards and to the right, her hair arranged in a melon-coiffure with a chignon at the back, preserving traces of white slip
6 ¼ in. (15.9 cm.) high
