the black ground embroidered with ovoid patterns within a tight lattice, the body hems with a wide floral register between two bands of interlocking strapwork, a register of repeating boteh motifs above, the sleeves embroidered with repeating six pointed stars within undulating plain garlands ; the hood with similar embroidery and applied with filigree botehs, geometrics forms inset with blue, red and green hardstones and hanging Maria Theresa thalers, Indian rupees and ottoman coins, the borders ornate with applied silver chains, silver threads and beadworks interspersed with green, grenat and black pippings, with hanging tassels
