MARK OF JEAN JOSEPH BEAUDET, PARIS, 1786
Shaped oval, the openwork sides pierced with bacchanalian figures and pendant cartouches, detachable cover with strawberry finial, the stand with beaded border, the bowl and stand each engraved twice with a coat-of-arms below a coronet; together with a Louis XVI silver mustard-pot and cover, mark of Nöel Neusécourt, Paris, 1783, cylindrical with hinged cover, the sides pierced with foliage and putti supporting a cartouche engraved with initials, each with blue glass liner, each marked underneath and inside cover the first also marked under stand, each further marked with the decharge of Henry Clavel II and Jean François Kalendrin
