Comprising the 8th juz', Arabic manuscript on cream paper, 43ff. plus 3 fly-leaves, each folio with 5ll. of elegant black muhaqqaq, gold and polychrome rosette verse markers, khams and 'ashr marked in gold and polychrome marginal medallions, one sura heading in gold thuluth, opening bifolio with gold and polychrome illumination issuing medallions into the margins and framing 2ll. of text, preceding folio with a similarly illuminated carpet page, final folio with the final word within panel surrounded by dense strapwork, a later note, possibly in Qipchap Turkish, some staining and minor areas of marginal repair, in original brown morocco with flap decorated with stamped central medallions and borders, repairs
