With brass fretwork to front and sides, the painted dial with Roman chapter ring and signed P.GRIMALDE/?/London, strike/no strike lever above dial, the two train chain fusee movement with dead beat escapement (formerly verge) and rack striking to bell; with winding key; pendulum lacking
13 ½ in. (34.5 cm.) high to base of handle; 10 in. (25.5 cm.) wide; 7 ¼ in. (18.5 cm.) deep
