Brightly enamelled and gilt to the centre with the emperor, empress and court ladies on a boat, surrounded by further ladies and attendants in smaller boats, all viewing the multitude of lotus blooms on a pond, within an elaborate band at the border of figural cartouches reserved on a seeded-green ground embellished with flowering branches
16 7/8 in. (43 cm.) diam.
