Kirkpatrick, p. 7, refers to this seemingly unique copy bound for the Times Book Club. The same copy was in the collection of P. A. Lawlor and is described in his A Katherine Mansfield Enthusiast: The Work of Guy Morris, (Wellington: 1951, pp. 9-10), while Morris himself refers to it in his Mansfieldiana: A Brief Katherine Mansfield Bibliography (Wellington: 1948, p. 3).
