A MASSIVE CELADON-GLAZED CARVED CHARGER
18TH CENTURY
The interior of the charger is carved with a central foliate spray encircled by peony scrolls. The exterior is carved with a band of waves surrounding the foot. It is covered in a glaze of sea-green tone, the base is glazed white.
22 in. (55.8 cm.) diam.
