TWO AGATE SNUFF BOTTLES
19TH CENTURY
One bottle is carved in high relief with a farmer and his horse below a pine tree. The stone is of a cream and caramel tone. The other pebble-form bottle is carved with thinly ribbed sides and two peanuts. The stone is of a warm brown tone with lighter and lavender inclusions. It has a carved wooden stand.
The larger 2 ¾ in. (7 cm.) high
