A SOAPSTONE FIGURE OF A DIGNITARY
18TH CENTURY
The standing figure holds a jar in his right hand and wears long flowing robes that are incised and inlaid in gilt with floral cartouches and with bands of clouds around the hems. His hair and facial features are picked out in red and black enamels.
