TWO FAMILLE ROSE 'MANDARIN PATTERN' VASES
LATE 18TH CENTURY
Each flattened baluster vase is decorated with raised panels of figures in palace settings, one on a turquoise and the other on a beige ground raised with flowers and scrolls. Each vase is applied to the neck with two gilt dragon handles.
10 5/8 in. (27 cm.) and 10 ¾ in. (27.4 cm.) high
