A BLUE AND WHITE 'DRAGON' BOWL
DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The bowl is decorated in reserve with two striding dragons chasing the flaming pearl above a band of lotus petals. The interior is decorated with a dragon roundel.
5 in. (12.5 cm.) diam.
